Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Many items ship directly from our trusted supply partners:
- Standard delivery: 7-15 business days (US).
- Oversized items (workbenches, tool cabinets and other large pieces): typically 12-18 business days.
- Tracking: provided by email as soon as your order ships.
- We currently ship within the United States.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us at snjenterprisesystems@outlook.com and we'll track it down or replace it.
Refund & Return Policy
We want you happy with every order. If something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery at snjenterprisesystems@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging for non-defective returns.
- Custom or personalized items are final sale.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
- Because many of our products ship directly from our supply partners, please allow 7-15 business days for delivery before reporting a missing order.
